• Pilot improvement projects on production lines, through the "One Performance" program or any other projects aimed at regaining productivity, performance defined by management objectives, and in close collaboration with production and ME teams.

• Analysis of the performance of production resources within the dedicated perimeter, must enable the OPL to propose and implement action plans to achieve the requested operational objectives.
  Operational expertise is in situ in close collaboration with production teams and other support functions.
