Presentation:

• The mission of the project process expert is to contribute to the definition of product/machine concepts as well as to define and implement assembly processes for industrialization projects.

Context:

• The project process expert's mission, in collaboration with the Manufacturing Engineering project team, is to define and implement assembly concepts for our production lines.

• He is responsible for ensuring compliance with thyssenkrupp Presta's standard process technical specifications at each phase of the project. This may involve proposing modifications to product design or to the order of assembly stages.

• He drafts process-related documentation during the tendering phases for new assembly machines.

• During the various design reviews and in collaboration with the entire project team, he analyzes, criticizes and then validates the offers from the various suppliers.

• He then ensures the intermediate (if applicable) and above all final acceptance of the production equipment by taking part in the functionality test phases and validating the capability of the measurement equipment through the performance of MSA (Measurement System Analysis).

• The project process expert contributes to the success of the Ramp'up phase by analyzing and interpreting key indicators (cycle time, rework / scrap rates, efficiency...) and defining an action plan to correct deviations or optimize productivity.

• He/she must also ensure the transfer of technical process knowledge to the teams operating the production resources (production, maintenance, support teams...)
