The Social and Economic Committee is made up of elected members representing the company's various colleges.

Monthly meetings are organized with management.

The body implements numerous actions within the framework of social works with the aim of maintaining employees' purchasing power, and promoting conviviality within the company. The CSE supports the company in its development. Via the CSSCT, it enables health and working conditions issues to be addressed in depth at the 3 sites.
