On December 10, Nissan held its Awards ceremony in Sunderland, England, where we deliver the Nissan Qashqai column. Of the 700 suppliers in the running, only six received awards in various categories. Our plant was honored to receive the award in the "Chassis" category, in recognition of our excellent performance over the past year.
Our results speak for themselves: a customer portal score of 100%, good communication between our various logistics departments and those of the customer, no recall campaigns, quality objectives achieved, and solid relations with Nissan in the areas of logistics, development and sales. This trophy reflects the quality of our work and our constant commitment to offering irreproachable products and services.
This success is the fruit of an exemplary collective commitment. Every day, our teams demonstrate their passion for the customer by guaranteeing impeccable performance and meeting the most demanding requirements. Thanks to the team spirit that drives us, we have been able to rise to challenges, innovate and move forward together to achieve this level of excellence.
To celebrate this success, an internal ceremony was held on January 14 at thyssenkrupp Presta France. This event was an opportunity to officially present this trophy to the Production and Support teams, who have done a remarkable job since the beginning of this project, as well as to the line controllers, who are the real guarantors of the conformity of the products shipped every day.
