Journée internationale des droits des femmes 2025

Every year, March 8 marks an important milestone in the recognition of women's rights. It is a time to reflect on the progress made and the challenges that remain to achieve real equality.

At thyssenkrupp Presta France, we are convinced that diversity is a strength and that every employee contributes, through their commitment and skills, to our collective success.

On this International Women's Rights Day, we wanted to shine a spotlight on those who contribute every day to the dynamism and performance of our company.

Through a photo shoot, our volunteer female employees agreed to share a symbolic moment, highlighting their career paths and their role within thyssenkrupp Presta France. This project is a way of recognizing their commitment and promoting the diversity of talent in our teams.

Changing the way we look at industrial professions

Beyond this spotlight, this day is also an opportunity to remind us that stereotypes linked to industrial professions need to be deconstructed. All too often, industry is still perceived as a sector reserved for men, or requiring skills and working conditions that are not easily accessible to women.

This received idea does not reflect reality. Our professions are modern, innovative and open to all, offering varied career prospects and opportunities for those who wish to take on technical challenges.

With this in mind, we welcomed Brut. to our factories for a report dedicated to the place of women in industry.
The aim of their intervention was to highlight the career path of Elodie Krysa, who has a technical background and has been able to evolve thanks to her know-how and ambition.

Formerly an Automation Technician, now an Automation Manager and today an Executive in a strategic function within the group, Élodie embodies this possible evolution within industry. In her testimonial, she looks back on her career, the evolution of industry and her vision of the place of women in this sector.

You can find her video on youtube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Du8Py9MpeSg

Her experience illustrates an essential reality: industrial careers are accessible and open to evolution. It is possible to progress, acquire new skills and move up to positions of responsibility, without gender being a brake.

This report, made possible thanks to the support of OPCO 2i and UIMM Lorraine, reflects our commitment to promoting gender diversity and encouraging women to join industry.

While this day is a symbol, it is above all a reminder that professional equality is a commitment at every moment. At thyssenkrupp Presta France, we do our utmost to guarantee fair opportunities for all, valuing skills and ambitions regardless of gender.

The industry needs diverse talent, and we will continue to promote an inclusive working environment, where everyone can find their place and develop according to their aspirations.
