We're looking for a  Acoustician.
Within the company's 8-person Technical Methods Engineering department, your mission will revolve around defining, implementing and operating vibro-acoustic analyses on products and components to meet quality requirements.

Attached to the Manufacturing Engineering Technics Method Manager, your missions will be :

1.     Pilot acoustic analyses of products and components

2.     Ensure the validity of measurements made by production line acoustic modules

3.     Contribute to the integration of electro-mechanical products requiring acoustic analyses in collaboration with the technical, local and corporate quality teams and with the design offices

4.     Ensure the management of the acoustic laboratory

5.     Take part in the development of the acoustics business and get involved in continuous improvement initiatives

Profile sought :

Trained as an Acoustics Engineer or as a generalist with a major in mechanical or electro-technical engineering with an acoustic option, or else with a BAC + 2 + 3 in acoustic measurement.

You have at least 1 year's experience in a similar position in a mass-production industrial environment, preferably in an automotive environment, including an apprenticeship.

You have advanced knowledge of acoustics (analysis of sound and vibration waves) as well as mechanical and electrical skills (reading blueprints/electrical diagrams, operation/structure of electric motors)

and acoustic experimental methodology (signal processing, experimental design, implementation of measurement campaigns)

You are a self-starter. You have good interpersonal skills and are an excellent team player.

You are able to make proposals and defend and implement solutions.

What you need to remember:

OBLIGATORY:
BAC +3 or engineering degree specialized in acoustics
Level B2 English Minimum
1 year minimum experience (apprenticeships included)

WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS :
German
Automotive industry
Acoustic data acquisition and analysis software (Head Acoustics ArtemiS Siemens Anovis)
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools
