Coordinateur Santé/Sécurité

We're looking for a  Health & Safety Coordinator.
Within the company's Health & Safety department, made up of 3 people, your mission revolves around defining and steering health and safety actions with the aim of improving working conditions within the company, in line with the group's orientations and the company's strategic plan.

Attached to the Human Resources Director, your missions will be :

1.      Coordinate regulatory processes related to the business

2.     Manage projects related to the business

3.      Organize rescue operations by establishing instructions and guidelines, and provide training for responders

4.     Raise safety awareness among personnel

5.      Manage health actions

Profile sought:

HSE engineer training, you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.

You are familiar with industrial risks and machine safety, and have a good command of IT tools. You have already taken part in industrial audits.

You are able to federate, lead, collaborate and take the initiative. You have good interpersonal skills and are a good listener.

Given the international exchanges with our parent company, a level of English B2 minimum is required. A good level of German would be a plus.

What you need to remember:

OBLIGATORY:
Mastery of ISO 45001
Level B2 in English Minimum
3 years' experience minimum excluding apprenticeship
Knowledge of industrial risks and machine safety
Ability to federate and take initiatives
